The Commons is the second phase of our HighPointe development. Through this phase, we’ve transformed the former Sacred Heart Academy (a 100 year old building that preserves Fargo’s rich history). Now, our residents can enjoy a contemporary lifestyle while still taking in the beauty and sophistication that comes from the original iconic architecture.

The HighPointe Complex was designed as a unique worry-free environment with lots of activities in a quiet, established North Fargo neighborhood. “We’re excited to be the first to open an apartment community in Fargo-Moorhead that offers so much to its residents,” says Mike Bullinger, HighPointe developer.
The Commons building houses many of the amenities which are currently available for all HighPointe residents to use. With the addition of the Courtyard building, all HighPointe apartment residents are able to remain indoors when going to and from the amenities or just visiting a neighbor in another building.
