The Commons at HighPointe is a 100 year old building on Broadway, formerly known as the Queen of Peace, which has since been converted into 12 unique 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that definitely have lots of character.
The Commons building houses many of the amenities which are currently available for all HighPointe residents to use.
With the addition of the Courtyard building, all HighPointe apartment residents are able to remain indoors when going to and from the amenities or just visiting a neighbor in another building.
The HighPointe Complex was designed as a unique worry-free environment with lots of activities in a quiet, established North Fargo neighborhood. “We’re excited to be the first to open an apartment community in Fargo-Moorhead that offers so much to its residents,” says Mike Bullinger, HighPointe developer.
“The vision was to create an environment that ‘thinks of everything’ for you through in both exceptional service and extraordinary amenities. Residents will love the quality and comfort they experience as the result of many unique construction details such as extra sound insulation and top of the line appliances.” |

Bullinger continues, “What makes HighPointe unique are the extras for residents; a fireside lounge, hobby and craft studio, fitness center, movie theatre, library and car wash, all with 24/7 security. We’ve put together an environment that will enhance the former Shanley High School neighborhood, while offering the convenience and safety of apartment living.”
